Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
We build M&E systems within the OECD-DAC framework and prepare indicator frameworks and progress reports — practical monitoring infrastructure aligned with international standards.
M&E system design covers the logical framework (logframe), the results and impact evaluation matrix, the indicator tracking table and the data collection plan. Across ex-ante, mid-term and final/ex-post evaluations, we build on the six OECD-DAC criteria — relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. Through capacity-building support, we also help strengthen in-house M&E capabilities.
