Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through our website. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by MS Grup Danışmanlık (the "Company") as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

If you fill in the contact form or send us an email, the following data is processed:

  • Identity data: first name, last name
  • Contact data: email address, telephone number (optional)
  • Professional data: the organisation you work for
  • Request data: the service you are interested in and the content of your message
  • Transaction security data: IP address and submission time when the form is submitted (to prevent abuse and automated submissions)

3. Purposes of processing

  • Receiving and evaluating your information and proposal requests and responding to you
  • Scheduling an initial consultation and preparing a proposal
  • Carrying out the process of establishing a contract to which you are or will be a party
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations and protecting our rights in potential disputes

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically via the contact form on our website and by email. It is processed on the legal grounds of Article 5/2-c KVKK (processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f KVKK (processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller).

The transfer of contact form data to the email delivery provider located abroad is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Article 9 KVKK.

5. Transfer of personal data

Information you submit via the contact form is transferred to Brevo, a France-based email delivery provider, solely so that your request can be forwarded to the Company by email. This transfer is based on the explicit consent obtained separately through the Explicit Consent Statement below. If you do not wish to give consent, you may email us directly instead of using the form.

Apart from this, your personal data is shared only with authorised public authorities where required by law. Your data is never transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

Personal data processed in connection with proposal and information requests is retained for two (2) years from the conclusion of the request. If a contractual relationship is established, the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation apply. At the end of the retention period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights under Article 11 KVKK

By applying to the Company, you may:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose
  • Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred
  • Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK
  • Request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be notified of rectification, erasure or destruction
  • Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
  • Withdraw your explicit consent at any time

8. How to apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to [email protected], together with information verifying your identity, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are resolved free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use cookies, advertising or visitor tracking tools. Fonts and all other site files are served from our own server; no personal data is transferred to any third-party service while you browse. Should this change, this notice will be updated and any necessary consent obtained.

10. Changes

This notice may be updated in line with changes in legislation or our data processing activities. The current version is always published on this page.
